For more than six years I've worked inside US real estate operations, supporting property managers in Ohio, Missouri, Texas and California with leasing, tenant communication and maintenance coordination in AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager and similar platforms.
On one Cleveland portfolio of 7 to 10 properties, my leasing work, much of it with voucher holders through Section 8, EDEN and CHN, generated more than $100K in rent in 10 months. Today our team manages work orders for a US property maintenance company covering St. Louis, Memphis, Huntsville, Birmingham and other markets.
Dehmice brings that experience together with AI automation. We automate the tasks that don't need a human, and place trained remote assistants on the work that does, so property managers get reliable support without hiring in-house.
